An exciting new season of Premium Wine Dinners is set up and ready to go. All Dinners will be held on Wards Island in an intimate home setting. If you would like to reserve a spot or would like more information, email: islandvines@gmail.com

All dinners begin at 6 pm and last around 2 hours and include 4 courses paired with 4 premium wines.

Thursday, October 19 - Lebanon - featuring a 2004 Chateau Musar (one of the most iconic wineries in the world)

Spicy beet, leek, walnut salad
Barley risotto with marinated feta
20-spice leg of lamb with mejadrah
Kanefeh with pistachio praline and orange blossom syrup

Thursday, November 16 - Bordeaux

Belgium endive, walnut salad
Roasted butternut squash soup with crispy lardons
Duck confit with drunken cherries
